The Dollhouse

Minutes ago we turned out the lights in Katie's room as she was going to bed. As she said her prayers, she turned to us and said, "why is that light still on?" I had noticed that it seemed a bit more luminous in her bedroom, but didn't really think anything of it. Then I turned to see the lights in her dollhouse turned on. She hadn't played with it for a few hours and I'm not even sure that she actually turned them on when she did. Usually they go off after a few seconds, but this time they did not. I went over and pushed the switch and they turned off, except for the front porch light. I got back in her bed to finish prayers and they turned back on. She said, "oh, that's creepy." I told her that she could either have a new nightlight tonight or I could take it out of her room. She decided she didn't want to sleep with a possessed dollhouse in her room. I don't blame her!

She is too funny! That is really weird though. I dont blame her for being scared. It probably just has a short.
